Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our products, ordering, and process. Can't find your answer? Contact us directly.
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, select the product you want, choose any available options (color, size, variant), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order with a secure payment.
Can I request a custom color or finish?
Yes. Many of our products are available in multiple finishes and we can accommodate custom color requests. Use the "Ask a Question" button on any product page, or submit a Custom Work inquiry with your specifications. We'll confirm availability and any additional cost before proceeding.
Are products made to order?
Yes. All physical products are fabricated fresh when you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. This means better quality and consistent results, but also means standard production time of 3–5 business days before shipping.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't started. Email us at contact@wonderlandcreativeindustries.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once production begins, we cannot accept cancellations.
How long does shipping take?
After production (3–5 business days), domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 additional business days via USPS or UPS. Total delivery time is generally 6–12 business days from order date. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward. If you're outside the US and interested in a product, contact us at contact@wonderlandcreativeindustries.com and we'll do our best to help.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are packed carefully with protective padding to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or precision items are individually wrapped. We take packaging seriously because damaged deliveries are a failure on our part.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use high-grade PLA+ and PETG. PLA+ is rigid, precise, and produces an excellent surface finish. PETG is used when UV stability or higher temperature resistance is needed. Specialty materials (ABS, TPU, resin) are used for specific applications. Material is always listed in each product's specifications.
Are the products durable for everyday use?
Yes. We design our products for real-world use, not just display. Print settings, infill, and material selection are all optimized for functional durability. Products are not brittle — they're designed to handle regular handling and practical use.
How do I receive digital file orders?
After payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link via email within minutes. The link is time-limited and tied to your order. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we'll resend immediately.
What printers are the STL files compatible with?
Our STL files are standard format and compatible with all major FDM printers including Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, and others. Each file listing includes recommended print settings (layer height, infill, material) for best results.
How do I start a custom project?
Fill out our Custom Work quote request form. Include as much detail as possible — dimensions, quantity, material preferences, reference images if you have them. We'll respond within 2 business days with questions, design thoughts, and a quote.
Is there a minimum order for custom work?
No. We accept custom orders starting at a single unit. Small quantity projects are welcome. Pricing is based on design complexity, material, and production time — not a minimum order threshold.
